This project was for a new client who owns a chain of estate agencies. They were opening a new office in Woodford and asked us to provide the air-conditioning as part of the renovation. The brief was clear: they wanted something different from a standard office installation — a more commercial, exposed, industrial aesthetic.
After discussing ideas with the client, we proposed installing a ducted air-conditioning system with exposed ductwork and pipework. Instead of boxing the systems in, we would leave them visible to create the industrial look they wanted. The client agreed to the concept and was delighted with the original system design and finished result.
Training Centre Air Conditioning Chelmsford
A new client who recently opened his first training centre contacted us after experiencing extreme heat in the summer months. He needed a system that would maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the year — warm in winter and cool in summer.
We designed and installed a modern air-conditioning system that delivers consistent climate control for the entire centre, ensuring a much more comfortable environment for trainees and staff.

Hackney Public Mortuary
During the first month of the COVID-19 lockdown, we were contacted by Hackney Borough Council to resolve an urgent problem at their public mortuary.
Their main deep-freezer system had completely failed and the outdoor unit was no longer operating. After assessing the situation, we diagnosed a compressor failure. We sourced a replacement compressor locally through FSW and switched the system over within 48 hours — preventing any decomposition issues and restoring full operation.
